Your tasks are very varied: you will be responsible for looking after and caring for people in need of care of all levels and degrees of care in inpatient care facilities in the city of Bonn. Your most important tasks include care diagnostics, care planning, implementation of care measures and medical care. In addition, your responsibilities range from building trusting relationships with those in need of care and their caregivers. Humanity is always the top priority.

After completing your training, you will work as a nursing specialist in one of the senior citizens' centers in the City of Bonn. Due to demographic change, the number of elderly people in need of care is constantly increasing. This is why nurses have a profession with a future that is becoming increasingly important.

They constantly improve work processes in the form of constructive criticism and concrete suggestions, which are developed in working groups or projects, for example.

They provide guidance and advice to those in need of care and their caregivers, always with the aim of maintaining their independence in everyday life.

They accompany senior citizens from the moment they move in, through settling into the facility and organizing their everyday lives, to moving out or providing end-of-life care.
